Bedrooms and rooms: Three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with a double bed and a pull-out bed, the third with two single beds.

Sanitary facilities: There are two bathrooms and two toilets in the building.

Heating: The building is heated by central heating.

Transportation, parking: Parking is on the street (private spaces in front of the house)

Very easily accessible by train.

It is possible to use the import of food from nearby restaurants

You can prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine

There are two TVs, a CD player and a radio in the building

Discount when renting an object for a couple (two people + children).

INFO:

When handing over the object, a deposit of CZK 8,000 is required, refundable at the end of the lease.

In the summer season, all energy is included in the price (in the normal range).

Out of season, the price does not include heating costs - gas

It will be billed according to consumption.

The entire building is non-smoking.

Accommodation of animals is not possible.

Please change your shoes in the building.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Within 7 days after the reservation is made, 50% of the total rental price is paid as a deposit

You pay the remaining 50% no later than 30 days before the start of the rental.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before arrival, the deposit is fully refundable.

If the reservation is canceled 15 - 29 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be returned.

If the reservation is canceled 0 - 14 days before arrival, the amount is forfeited in full.
