Our villa is located in an area with a unique subtropical climate and boasts an exceptional view of both Pálava castles, lakes and the surrounding countryside

The capacity of up to 28 (24+4) persons is divided into 2 to 6 single rooms
A spacious equipped kitchen, a dining room in the conservatory, a children's corner, a common room in the pub, covered and uncovered outdoor seating, a swimming pool and, above all, well-being, that's what you can look forward to with us
We rent the building as a whole, always to one group of people.
Bedrooms and rooms: 4x four-bed room, 1x six-bed room, 1x double room, 1x children's corner (room) with folding beds for 4 - 6 children (4 adults) - see above as 4 extra beds.
Sanitary facilities: 5x WC, 3x shower, 1x bathtub
Towels are not included in the equipment
Clients drive themselves :-)
Heating: Electric boiler with reservoirs.
Transportation, parking: 5 - 6 parking spaces directly in front of the building.

Shop approx. 400m from accommodation (base), other shopping options in Mikulov (Lidl, Tesco, Penny)
In the village, it is possible to eat in the Municipal Pub, U zrzavého Rona, or in the famous Café Fara (we recommend early booking)
Possibility of booking a tasting in the cellar of local winemakers.

The price does not include the tourist tax of CZK 35/person/night. If you are only interested in 1 night, the rental price is CZK 10,000
We collect a deposit in the amount of CZK 10,000 from clients, from which the price for consumed energy, water and sewage, any damage to the inventory/object and the accommodation fee to the municipality of CZK 35/person 18+/day will be deducted.
For stays shorter than 3 nights, we charge CZK 50/person for bed linen
Final cleaning is done by the clients themselves, or it can be ordered for CZK 1,000 (not possible for subsequent weekly stays)
Due to rising energy prices, we have decided not to increase the price of the stay for 2023, however, it is necessary to expect increased fees for consumed energy
It is beyond our power to influence these, the supplier only offers a fix for 1 month.
