We rent the whole building without the presence of the owner

Although we love and keep animals themselves, stays with pets are not allowed

Heating: The whole building is heated by underfloor heating using a heat pump

The stove serves only as an additional source and are not intended for use of guests.

Transportation, parking: The building can be reached all year round only a few minutes from the Prague - Liberec motorway, parking for at least 5 cars directly in front of the house on a paved parking area.

Preparation of dishes from own sources in a well -equipped spacious kitchen or restaurants nearby

You have a coffee maker in a coffee machine, tea, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar and basic spices.

These prices are final (including energy), no more hidden extra charges are not paid!

Season - In the season we prefer weekly stays - the price is for the whole building / week.

Stay shortening: - 3000, -/ object/ night

Weekend - Fri -No - the price is for the whole object/ 2 nights

Extension of stay: + 7000,-/ object/ night

Weekdays - Mon -Fri - Price 7000, -/ Object/ Night

When staying 4 or fewer people (weekends, spring and summer holidays) - discount 5000, - from stay

We offer a wellness stay for two for one night - price 7000, -/ object/ night

Request for booking the deadline, please do in writing via the Demand for Form E-chalup to email info@villapanorama.cz, then you will be sent all the necessary information.

The reservation of the stay is binding after payment of the reservation fee, which is 50% of the total agreed amount for the stay and is due within 2 days of the preliminary reservation.

It is necessary to pay the surcharge for accommodation no later than 30 days before the arrival date.

If the stay is booked less than 14 days before the planned arrival, the payment of the payment in full must be made within 24 hours of creating a reservation.

Refundable deposit 10000,- is due on the day of arrival and will be paid for any damage to the landlord's property.

Cancel less than 30 days before arrival - 50% of the total price of stay

Cancel less than 14 days before arrival - 75% of the total price of stay

Cancel less than 7 days before arrival - 100% total price of stay
