The newly exhibited luxury house Vážka with sauna is a wonderful place for an active holiday for large families with children and groups of friends at any time of the year

The house is located in the Za Vodou Residence complex in the town of Černý Důl

This is modern accommodation with wheelchair access

The house is cozy and spacious enough

The interior is tastefully designed with wooden elements that will leave no one in doubt that it is located in the middle of mountain nature

The house also includes an upper outdoor relaxation terrace, an outdoor seating area with a barbecue and access to a covered heated saltwater pool

In the area, you can also enjoy comfortable seating on the terrace by the stream

The house has 5 separate bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious dining area for 10 people, an equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace

In the upper part of the house there is a games room, which will surely delight not only the little overnight guests, but also the adults

Here you will find lounge bags and a TV with the latest XBOX ONE X console with a wide selection of games

You don't want to play on the console, so you can certainly choose from many board and card games

Children can get to the playroom either via the stairs or via the climbing wall

A utility room is available for storing sports equipment or drying wet clothes and ski boots

The room includes a washing machine and dryer

On the ground floor there is a separate small apartment with a bedroom, a kitchenette with a sofa, a TV, a bathroom with a toilet

After prior arrangement, it is possible to order delivery of food from a nearby restaurant

For groceries, you can drive to nearby Vrchlabí, where Kaufland, Lidl, Penny and Billa are located.

The main kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, convection oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine for coffee beans, kettle, strainer, toaster, washing-up liquid and other kitchen equipment

There is a large sofa in the living room, from which you can comfortably look at the fireplace and the TV

The kitchen in the small apartment is equipped with a kettle, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, induction hob, dishes, washing-up liquid

The house includes a separate technical room where you can store sports equipment, dry clothes and shoes

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The price includes accommodation, final cleaning, washing of bed linen, used wood in the fireplace, prepared amount of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the fridge, coffee beans.

Electricity is billed according to consumption in the amount of CZK 7/kWh.

Upon arrival, the guest pays a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000.

Arrival at the house is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Departure from the house is by 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy

- guests can cancel accommodation free of charge up to 28 days before arrival

- if the guest cancels the accommodation between 27 days and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the paid accommodation price will be refunded to the guest

- if the guest cancels the accommodation within 14 days before arrival or if the guest does not show up for the accommodation, the price for the accommodation will not be refunded
