Villa Historická Villa Brod

The former rectory built on the foundations of a fortress that was destroyed by the Crusaders in 1431

Today it is a listed country villa with beautiful wooden ceilings and floors, a tiled stove to sleep on and stylish furnishings and decor

The villa is connected by a large garden, then only meadows and forest

Outdoor seating under umbrellas, a trampoline, a ping-pong table and a sandpit make the facility ideal for families with children

There are 5 bedrooms in the building, even if your group is smaller, we always rent the entire building - that's why we count on a minimum of 10 people, even if there should be only two of you.

Accommodation in the Villa

Bedrooms and rooms: A total of 4 bedrooms upstairs, one on the ground floor and the possibility of sleeping on the stove

In the summer months, for larger groups, another option is to sleep in the attic.

Sanitary facilities: Two bathrooms with bathtub and shower

Toilet in each of the bathrooms and another toilet in the attic.

Heating: Heating for reasons of historic preservation in the form of local wood stoves

Possibility of additional heating with electric local heating.

Transportation, parking: You can park on the property in front of the villa.

Dining

You can cook in the large kitchen, where 14 people can sit at the table

There is a pub in the village, where they cook classic minutes, and there are several restaurants in Planá near Mariánské lázně.

The villa is fully equipped

We have been renting it out to large groups for several years, and you will not miss anything in the kitchen

Sheets and towels are a matter of course.
