The villa was built in 1936 as a holiday residence and was renovated in 2010
It is intended for rental and recreation for approx. 3 families up to 12 people
You will find complete privacy and peace to relax both in the villa itself and in the beautiful garden.

1 room with TV for up to 4 people (2 fold-out double beds)
1 garden house for occasional summer sleeping for 4 children - (very popular)

Heating: Automatic pellet boiler connected to central heating with hot water
No need to worry about anything
Fireplace with automatic hot water heating
In the transitional months when the boiler is no longer heating, it is possible to reheat with the fireplace - the water in the radiators is also heated automatically.
Transportation, parking: Arrival from Brno and Prague from Nové Město na Moravá to Milovy through snow
After Milova turn right to Březina

The price already includes bed linen, water and wood consumption. Electricity consumption is paid at the end of the stay (CZK 6/kWh)
The village fee for an adult is CZK 11/person over 18/day.
The object is cleaned by the guest/otherwise a fee of CZK 700 is charged.
Bedding is included in the price of the stay, we prepare the beds according to the reported number of people.
Dog - additional fee 400 CZK/stay
Each person over the maximum number for an additional fee of 150 CZK/night or 1000 CZK/week (only possible in the summer months in the garden house).
Baby cot (including bedding) free of charge - please let us know in advance, we will prepare it.
