Welcome to us!

We have always liked solid wood and its positive properties, so we started thinking about building a log cabin, but in the end the appearance of the stacked logs and the different beautiful shapes of each piece of log made us decide otherwise.

We built the log cabin ourselves and the construction was completed in 2018

From that moment on, our place is lively, friends, family and friends like to come back to us, and some also wanted to try sleeping in the log cabin

We therefore decided to offer the log cabin to other relaxed people and do everything to ensure that they have a big smile on their face when they leave

We will not describe where you can find the wardrobe, how far it is from the nearest toilet and how many windows there are in the house, but we are ready for any question you may have

Accommodation in the Log Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: The total usable area of ​​the building is 320m² including balcony and terrace, so you can come with a large family and not have to worry that you won't fit

On the ground floor there is a large open space with a kitchen and sofa bed, and a separate bedroom for 3 people

In the attic there are two bedrooms with 3 and 4 beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed.

Sanitary facilities: 3x WC, 3x bathroom

Ground floor - bathroom with shower, toilet, sink + washing machine

Attic - bathroom with bathtub, toilet, sink

Wellness - shower, toilet, sink.

Heating: Ground floor - heat pump with underfloor heating, tiled stove for atmosphere

Attic - heat pump with air conditioning

Wellness - underfloor heating, swimming pool heated by a heat pump.

Transportation, parking: The log cabin stands alone and the driveway is passable in all weathers, parking for 6 cars at the log cabin, (2x roofed) - monitored by a camera system.

WE RENT ONLY TO DECENT GROUPS AND FAMILIES RESPECTING NIGHT QUIET AFTER 10 PM!

Electricity price CZK 7/kWh (use up to 20kWh/day is free)

For a binding reservation of the date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental price must be paid, no later than 5 calendar days after the reservation

The tenant will pay the remaining amount of the rental price in cash to the landlord on the spot.

Refundable security deposit: NOK 6,000 to be paid upon arrival.

Price valid for a maximum of 8 adults plus children

(number up to the maximum accommodation capacity) for each additional adult we charge 1,000/night.

Cancel fees:

In the event that the deposit or the entire amount for the stay is paid, the following cancellation fees apply:

-day of deposit payment – ​​85 days before arrival 25% of the price of the stay

-84 days before arrival - 21 days before arrival 50% of the price of the stay

- less than 19 days before arrival 100% of the price of the stay

The customer has the right to withdraw from the order in writing

The date of delivery of the order cancellation notice to the lessor is considered the moment of withdrawal.

Our accommodated guests have free access to the swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and the entire wellness area, and no one else is allowed to enter during their stay.

Bed linen, towels, wood for the grill, wood for the fireplace, electricity up to 20 kW/day, use of the pool and sauna, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc.

Due to the energy requirements of outdoor hot tubs, the only charge is for filling them with fresh water and heating them to a comfortable temperature.
