Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a living room with a fireplace and a refrigerator, and a large wardrobe

WC, showers, there is also a steam bath and a Finnish sauna, the use of which is charged separately

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, this is a bedroom for two people with its own bathroom, it is also equipped with a wardrobe, a bedside table and a chest of drawers, the second bedroom with a toilet and a sink, the third bedroom is a walk-through with a double bed and a lounge with sofa beds for 2 people for sleeping

The accommodation price includes bed linen, parking, WiFi internet, toiletries, recreation fee.

On the first floor, the bathroom is equipped with a toilet + sink and shower, hair dryer

A sauna for 3 hours is included in the weekly accommodation price

Possibility to rent bicycles, scooters and a baby car.

Payment for energy object/week/ 1000,- only in winter

If you are interested in a stay, a preliminary deposit of 50% of the price of the stay is required

The rest of the amount by agreement by transfer or on the spot when handing over the object before the stay

Cancellation terms.

You can cancel the reservation no later than 21 days before arrival without charge.

A cancellation fee is charged upon cancellation of the stay by deduction from the amount for accommodation per night according to the percentage rate.

In the case of cancellation of a stay for which an advance payment has already been made, the amount exceeding the cancellation fee is returned to the client.

The lessor has the right to cancel the stay in the event of serious and unforeseeable circumstances (e.g

natural disaster, disaster, other sudden events) for which it is not possible to ensure the proper course of the stay.

Smoking in the area is only possible in a designated place, namely on the outdoor seating area and terrace

Do not smoke outside these areas on the premises
