We offer an unusual type of accommodation, somewhat different from classic boarding houses and hotels, which is comfortable due to the possibilities of our log cabin and mountain conditions

You can use the log cabin, the fireplace and the surroundings of the log cabin for your needs, we only ask that you maintain peace, especially at night, and respect the border of our property, especially towards our neighbors

In summer, you can sit by the fire and use the classic or electric grill

If you want, there is a device for tapping beer, which we will be happy to arrange for you - you just need to agree on the brand

You don't have to worry about the children with us

They are served by scooters, bicycles, the surrounding meadows, where they can fly kites, play with a ball or a throwing target

Horní Ves in the municipality of Český Jiřetín, where El Paso is located, is situated outside the center of the village by the forest on the edge of a cottage recreation area

Accommodation in the Log Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: You can rent the newly renovated part of the log cabin, which consists of the unconventionally conceived and equipped rooms U Pirát and U Foresta, as well as use the room V Podkroví

This part of the cabin consists of a double room U Piráta (connected bed - "airport"), a double room U Foresta (2 separate beds, no connection possible) and a double room V Podkroví (connected bed - "airport"), which can be accessed from U Foresta rooms up the stairs

The rooms are located on the 1st floor, the Attic room on the 2nd floor

Another space for rent is the so-called

It is equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, two-burner stove and kettle, all basic dishes and kitchen utensils are available

The kitchen is used to prepare breakfast, coffee and snacks from your supplies, which you can eat in the rooms, the lounge or the veranda of the U Pirát and U Foresta rooms with a beautiful view

Our guests can use a common room called the Salon with a large open fireplace, where musicians from a wide area used to meet and where you can spend your free time

In the salon, we have newly prepared a bar with a beer tap and a small kitchen - a kitchen unit with a sink and hot water

It includes a fridge with freezer, a microwave oven, an electric oven for baking, a kettle, an induction double cooker and basic kitchen equipment...

Sanitary facilities: In the corridor there is a separate stylish toilet for ladies and gentlemen with sinks with warm water and a separate shower.

Heating: Heating is provided by an open fireplace in the Salon, a fireplace insert with an exchanger to distribute the heat of water to the radiators in the rooms, shower and WC, there are also electric energy-saving direct-heat radiators with a room sensor to set a constant temperature...

Transportation, parking: Litvínov – into the mountains in the direction of Klíny, at the end of Klíny on the hill, at the marked intersection turn right in the direction of Český Jiřetín

These are equipped with fridges, microwave ovens, electric ovens, double-plate induction cookers and kettles, all basic crockery and kitchen utensils are available

The kitchen is used to prepare breakfast, coffee and snacks from your supplies, which you can eat in the rooms, the lounge or the veranda of the U Pirát and U Foresta rooms with a beautiful view

About 300 m from the log cabin, the Barbora mountain hut serves meals on weekends with Bernard beer and excellent cuisine, shops with basic food, drugstore and drinks are located about 1500 m near the center of the village.

Log Cabin furnishings

We have built a unique 10.5 hole golf course for our enjoyment and yours

The holes are located around the log cabin, and once a year we organize a prestigious - fun tournament called the Solvina Cup

If you want to play golf too, please let us know this information, we need to prepare the equipment and especially adjust the holes..

There is a fireplace with a large rotating electric grill (it is necessary to arrange its preparation in advance) and mechanical surfaces - grate and baking stone, including a smaller electric grill.

El Paso uses water from its own well

We have been using it as drinking water for almost twenty years and regularly test its composition

However, due to the disposition of each individual and the prevention of possible problems, we recommend boiling the water.

The discount only applies to the rental of the log cabin in weekly rotations, i.e

During the season, accommodation is provided as standard only in weekly shifts, from Saturday to Saturday.

In the off-season, it is possible to arrange a rental outside the weekly schedule, for a minimum of 4 nights, when the price is determined by agreement.

Composition of rooms

Accommodation for a total of 10 people consists of a double room U Pirát (connected bed - "airport"), a double room U Foresta (2 separate beds, no connection possible), a double room V Podkroví (connected bed - "airport"), to which there is access from the U Foresta room by stairs and the other two rooms - Privat I double room

Deposits, reservations, deposits

When handing over the log cabin, the lessor reserves the right to collect a REFUNDABLE security deposit of CZK 5,000 for possible damage, repair of property or failure to carry out basic cleaning

Arrival is on Saturday from 2 p.m., leaving the premises on Saturday by 10 a.m.

Your well-behaved pets, which do not disturb other guests or neighbors, will be accommodated free of charge BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT if they do not pollute the log cabin and its surroundings and are kept in beds outside the beds to sleep

The rental price also includes the consumption of electricity, according to the reading on the freely accessible electricity meter, the price for fireplace wood (wood by the fireplace is free, as well as the possibility of collecting it in the forest behind the log cabin) and a fee to the municipal office in the amount of 10 CZK/bed/night , which are calculated by agreement when handing over and taking over the premises

Payment will be made by cashless transfer as part of the rent supplement.

We recommend that you take out liability insurance for damage caused by the use of other people's property, the object is insured, but in case of damage caused by another person, the insurance company will recover the damage from the culprit (see Operating Regulations, located on our website www.el-paso.cz)

By sending a deposit, reserving the rent and agreeing to the Property Lease Agreement, the tenant's representative expresses agreement with the agreement and the Operating Rules and undertakes to comply with them

Upon detection of the residence of undeclared persons, the lessor is entitled to evict the lessee from the building without compensation for the accommodation price.
