This is the processing of data necessary for communication leading to the conclusion of the contract, and the contract is considered to be a binding reservation and further that the tenant rents the building

A non -binding reservation is created in the reservation calendar when sending demand

After sending a deposit of 50 % of the total amount for renting to a bank account (within 7 days of confirmation of a non -binding reservation), a non -binding reservation is changed to binding

The reservation will be canceled in case of non -payment
