We focus on families with children
This year, in the spring, we paved a paved path with sidewalks and a terrace, for relaxation we bought a heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi and led lighting
In the coming years, we are planning a Finnish sauna with a cooling tub

Bedrooms and rooms: Ground floor - one room for 2 people
In the living room, the sofa can be folded out for 2 people
Upper floor - 3 rooms
- one room offers accommodation for 4 people (+ sofa bed - 2 people)
- the second and third rooms offer accommodation for 2 people
On the upper floor of the cottage, in the space above the room, there is a 24m2 hambálek (gallery) - exceptionally with the possibility of an additional overnight stay.
Sanitary facilities: There are 2 bathrooms with spacious showers in the log cabin, and a washing machine on the ground floor
In the attic, a toilet is part of the bathroom, and on the ground floor, a separate toilet.
Heating: There is a fireplace in the living room
The log cabin can also be heated with electric underfloor heating
Upon agreement, the building can be heated before your arrival, only the electricity used would be charged.
Transportation, parking: The driveway is accessible all year round with parking right next to the cottage.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances in a retro style with a table big enough for 12 people.
At a distance of 7 km, the excellent Hospoda U Kousala (Rýchorská 163, Trutnov), which offers large portions of good food.

In the winter season, the price of the stay includes up to 1 prm of firewood, another 1 prm/2500 CZK or a proportional part according to the amount consumed.
Consumption of electricity, water and recreation fee to the municipality is not included in the price of the stay - payment according to actual consumption and recreation fee to the municipality is deducted from the refundable security deposit upon departure
The price of electricity is 9 CZK per 1 kWh consumed, the price of water (water + septic tank) is 200 CZK per 1 m3 (1000 liters), the recreation fee to the village for the year 2024 is 40 CZK - per person from 18 to 65 years old for each day of the stay, if this day is not the day of arrival.
In the case of a weekly rental, accommodation is available from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in is possible on Saturday after 4:00 p.m., the cottage is vacated the following Saturday morning by 10:00 a.m.
In the case of weekend rental out of season, accommodation is available from Friday to Sunday.
Check-in is possible on Friday after 4:00 p.m., the cottage is left on Sunday morning by 10:00 a.m.
The price is set for the entire log
We are not VAT payers.
By sending a request to rent a log cabin, the tenant gives consent to the processing of personal data, namely name, address, telephone and email address entered in the reservation
This is the processing of data necessary for communication leading to the conclusion of a contract, whereby a binding confirmed reservation and the fact that the tenant rents the object are considered to be a contract
When a request is sent, a non-binding reservation is created in the reservation calendar
After sending a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount to a bank account (within 7 days of confirmation of the non-binding reservation), the non-binding reservation is changed to a binding one
In case of non-payment, the reservation will be cancelled
By paying the rent deposit, the tenant expresses his consent to the conditions stated in the house rules, including their compliance.
The remaining amount for the rental, including the refundable deposit (CZK 10,000), must be paid again by bank transfer, no later than 21 days before the start of the rental.
At the end of the lease, the log cabin is taken over by the owner in the condition in which it was handed over to the tenant, i.e.
undamaged and perfectly cleaned.
Any minor damages, non-performed cleaning, water and energy consumption, a fee to the municipality are deducted from the refundable deposit at the end of the rental and the remaining amount is returned to the guests in cash
If the damage or consumption exceeds the amount of the deposit, the guest is obliged to pay this damage or consumption in full.
SMOKING is strictly PROHIBITED inside the building!!!.
During the stay, the tenant is obliged to respect the accommodation/house rules.
In case of premature termination of the lease by the lessee, a proportional part of the paid price is not returned.
In case of termination of the lease by the lessor, a proportional part of the paid price is not returned to the lessee.
If the stay is canceled less than 21 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the entire amount.
The lessor reserves the right to immediately terminate the lease if:
1) there will be a violation of the night peace with the intervention of the Police of the Czech Republic
2) there is a violation of the smoking ban.
