The house is located in a quiet part of the wine-growing village of Zaječí

This is located on the southern circuit of the Velkopavlovic wine trail, which takes you to the nearby Novomlýn reservoirs and through Rakvice and Podivín to the Lednicko - Valtice area

However, if you want to enjoy peace after day trips, you can use our services and have a bottle of wine from the wine shop in the house

There is a sitting area under the pergola in the backyard, a gas grill is available

Bicycles can also be stored here

In the summer months, you can use the garden shower to refresh yourself on steamy days

Due to the construction and location of the house, it is pleasantly cool in the summer months and maintains its temperature in the winter.

Heating: Heating is a gas boiler with hot water distribution

Possibility to regulate the temperature in each room separately

Transportation, parking: There is parking for two cars, in front of the house and in front of the garage.

Food can be prepared in the equipped kitchen or use the nearby restaurants in the village

Over 8 persons, each additional person is accommodated for CZK 600 per night.

The reservation is valid after a deposit of 50% of the stay

The additional payment from the price is paid in cash upon arrival at the latest.

If the reservation is canceled more than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is refundable, less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable

A refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 is payable in cash upon arrival at the latest.

The price is set for the entire house and includes all utilities including bedding, towels, bath towels and toiletries

Dishwashing supplies are also included in the price (jug, sponges, dishwasher tablets, etc.) The local accommodation fee is included in the accommodation price

The price of wines according to the offer, free Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee capsules in the given quantity.

One child under the age of 3 without the right to a bed is free

At the end of the stay, the guest hands over the house and other used spaces cleaned - the basket taken out and the dishes washed
