The land is partially fenced, large enough and offers access to the beach with privacy

The garden also includes a barbecue, a granite table, archery, badminton and a boat

A Vespa 50cc scooter is available for an additional fee

In the kitchen, near the outdoor grilling area, there is a tap and, if you want, also kegs of beer.

For families with small children, the cottage is equipped with a bathtub and a changing table

Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner are included in the price of the stay.

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible directly in front of the house - there are 4 parking spaces available

There is a Konzum in Pastviny and a convenience store in Klášterec

Near our house there is Restaurant na Vlek 500m, Restaurant Formanka 1.3km and Hostinec U Mostu 1.2km or smaller bistros U Kapličky and Šlechtov Palouk

All these restaurants are open in the summer season

You can drive to the U Vlka restaurant in Vlčkovice, which is open on some weekends

We recommend Restaurant nový Dvůr in the nearby town of Letohrad

Asian restaurant Nón lá in Žamberk.

In the summer season, only weekly cottage rentals are possible (no - no).

Check-in for a weekly stay is always on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. If you are late, please let us know in advance

End of stay on Sunday by 9:00

Weekend prices are for 2 nights, Fri - Sun.

The house is returned cleaned, but it is possible to pay for the final cleaning, which costs CZK 2,000

Electricity consumption (which is also used for heating) will be determined upon departure by subtracting hours/m³

A deposit of CZK 10,000 is payable upon arrival

Parking, internet, grill, table football, bow and arrows, etc

they are not charged, so they are included in the price.
