The house is located in a quiet part of the village of Milovice
Due to its location and equipment, the rental is suitable for families with children and groups of friends, especially for lovers of beautiful nature, historical monuments, cycle paths and good wine :-)

Transportation, parking: Access to the house is via a paved road
Parking available: 2 spaces at the holiday home and 50m from the house for another 4 cars + bicycle storage in a closed garage

On the ground floor there is a spacious, fully equipped common kitchen unit connected to the living room, in which there are 6 comfortable armchairs with tables
The kitchen has two tall refrigerators with freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee and tea dripper, DOLCE GUSTO capsule coffee machine, sink, dishes, dining table + chairs..
In the attic there is a fully equipped kitchen (sink, kettle, microwave oven, fridge and dishes) + table and 4 chairs
On the ground floor, you have free access from the living room to the backyard with a pleasant sitting area under the pergola by the cellar, a swimming pool and deckchairs
The pool is available from May to October
There is also the possibility of grilling (electric grill) using the herb garden :-)

The price includes: bedding (1 set of bed linen + sheet + 1 towel, 1 bath towel/per 1 person/for the entire stay)

60 days before the start of the stay without a cancellation fee
