In the summer months it serves as an air conditioner, in the winter months it can be used for heating

The bathrooms have underfloor heating.

Transportation, parking: The building can be easily reached by car, parking is possible in front of the building - with a capacity of 5 cars

You can also get to Lednice by bus or train (July and August only).

Dining

Guests who do not want to use the equipped kitchen can visit a number of restaurants in Lednice

The nearest restaurant is approx. 300 m from the property

For families with children, we can also recommend a restaurant with a beautiful large children's corner

Shops

Right in the village of Lednice you will also find groceries, a drug store, a post office, a pharmacy and an ATM

In the nearby town of Břeclav, approx. 9 km away, you will also find a number of supermarkets - in the town center by the square there is a Billa, Lidl, Penny market, and at the exit from Břeclav in the direction of Brno you will also find a Tesco.

The number of people (12) must not be exceeded

One "unpaid" bed can remain free in each apartment

The others must be paid even if they are not occupied

For a binding reservation of the date, it is necessary to pay a deposit according to the agreed amount - at least in the amount of 50%.
