The location half an hour by car from Prague's Barrandovský bridge or approx. 20 minutes from Příbram, on the edge of a village in pine forests, guarantees peace and absolute privacy - the object, surrounded by a fence wall, is only rented for one closed group at a time

The social room (with bar, fireplace, billiards and table football) can be variably arranged for various types of events

The second, smaller room is located in a glazed veranda with comfortable garden furniture for 12 people

The outdoor area offers a number of covered terraces, a grill with a smokehouse in the middle of the garden with Japanese elements and a pond full of fish, a playground, a fire pit with the possibility of cooking in a kettle like in the old days

In the summer, a trampoline with a diameter of 4.5 m with a load capacity of 150 kg and table tennis
