The cottage with a beautiful view is located in Bohemian Paradise, about 2 km from Prachovské skal on the tourist route from Jičín

The altitude is 329m

It is a unique, quiet place from where you can make trips to the nearby and more distant surroundings

The cottage is easily accessible in a quiet part of the village with an amazing view of Jičín

It is an ideal place for lovers of cycling, hiking, mountain climbing and mushroom picking

The place is suitable for families with children and for the elderly

At the cottage there is a large indoor swimming pool with salt water heated by a heat pump

Swimming is possible from approximately May to September and, in case of favorable weather, also in April and October

The possibility of charging the electric car is currently slow 16A/230V/3.5kW

In case of interest, we will add an 11 kW wallbox in the future

The owner does not live at the cottage, guests have complete privacy

We do not provide accommodation for celebrations, farewells, any parties, etc.

Accommodation in the Holiday home

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage can accommodate 8 - 10 people (exceptionally 12)

Two triple and two double rooms are available (whole floor + kitchen on the ground floor, large pergola, pool, garden)

All bedrooms are impassable

The beds have a maximum load capacity of 120 kg

A cot and two highchairs are available

There is also a smaller living room with a TV (smart TV) with two folding sofas with the size of about 1.5 beds (more than 10 people)

The living room is connected to the kitchen and can be closed with sliding doors.

Sanitary facilities: There is a separate toilet with a sink and a separate bathroom with a shower and a sink

There is also a flush toilet with a sink located outside the building in the garden and an outdoor solar shower.

Heating: Local hot spots

There is an outdoor gas heater for a gas allowance.

Transportation, parking: The cottage has the option of parking on its own property or in a nearby public space.

Year-round operation

Outside the summer season, accommodation is also available for the weekend

Accommodation is by agreement, from July to August from Sunday to Saturday

Check-in is between 2 and 4 p.m

Completion by 10 o'clock

The summer season is considered to be the period from 1.6. to 30.9., for weekend stays from 1.5.

The period from 1 October to 31 March is considered the winter season.

The discount for the next week when ordering two weeks is 20%

We provide a discount when boarding on a Sunday with a separate departure during the week

An invoice for the use of the FKSP fund is possible according to the agreement.

The price includes a recreation fee of CZK 15/person/day and a deposit of CZK 4,000/week

The deposit will be returned immediately after the end of the stay by transfer to the account or in cash after deduction of utilities and recreation fee

A deposit of about 40% is paid immediately within three days after the reservation

Additional payment in full no later than a week before arrival by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival at the accommodation

We do not provide any services, e.g

like sheets, towels

Bedding is available.

Final basic cleaning is performed by the visitor himself.
