The amount of the deposit for the reservation is 1/2 of the price of the stay, the maximum price of the reservation deposit is CZK 5,000
Additional payment 7 days before starting accommodation, by bank transfer.
When handing over the object, we collect a refundable deposit of CZK 2,000.
If the object is occupied only by persons under the age of 28, the deposit is CZK 7,000.
Cancellation fees in the event of withdrawal from the contract.
60 - 30 days before the start date 50% of the paid deposit
30 or less days before the start date 100% of the deposit paid
A cancellation fee is not charged if the tenant provides compensation for himself.
