A separate basement floor with its own entrance, where there is a dining room with a kitchen in the front and a guest room in the back, guarantees the privacy of the guests

The equipment provides sufficient facilities for three families, a group of friends or a sports team

A few meters behind the house begins the Šumava protected area with the possibility of quiet walks or more demanding ascents to the lakes

The place is ideal due to its location and a considerable number of marked routes for cycling and in winter for cross-country skiing

For lovers of downhill skiing, there are two ski lifts nearby (300m).

The house is far enough from the town for guests to have peace and close enough to be able to walk to shopping or entertainment within 10 minutes.
