Pension 311 was completely rebuilt and renovated in 2010. Now in 2022, 2 apartments on the first floor have been renovated again.

By submitting a binding reservation and paying the required 30% deposit on the reservation, the tenant agrees to the cancellation conditions

Cancellation Policy :

- in case of cancellation of the stay 14-08 days before arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 30% of the price of the stay

- in case of cancellation of the stay 07-04 days before arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the stay

- in case of cancellation of the stay 03-01 days before arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 80% of the price of the stay

- in case of cancellation of the stay on the day of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the price of the stay

Doorman deposit of CZK 3,000 for each apartment

5% discount for each additional weekly stay, discounts are added for each additional purchase up to a 15% discount
