Pension Třeštický mlýn is located in the heart of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, halfway between the towns of Třešť and Telč, on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Třeštice
The original mill has a very rich history, dating back to the Middle Ages
In the past, in addition to the traditional milling activity, wood was also cut and linseed oil was pressed here
The entire building underwent extensive reconstruction between 2006 and 2016 and is able to meet the demanding requirements of visitors
The area of Třeštice mill consists of the old mill building and buildings with a closed courtyard
Adjacent to the building are extensive plots of meadows, pastures, several smaller ponds, a natural stream, a mill drive and extensive fenced plots with centuries-old trees
Due to its location, the guesthouse is an ideal base for a wide range of tourist and sports activities, but also a place for pleasant lounging and relaxation
The guesthouse area ensures maximum privacy
For accommodation in the apartments, there is a hall with facilities for organizing corporate and social events, a bar, a wine bar, a sauna.
The entire area of the guesthouse is separate, off road traffic and allows for safe parking of cars and motorcycles, and has a bicycle storage room.
Bedrooms and rooms: Building - A (Old Mill)
The guesthouse was created through extensive reconstruction of the old Třeštice mill
The entire building was built with regard to the historical condition, healthy lifestyle, comfort and relaxation
The former technical part of the mill - the mill in the basement and on two floors: in the basement there is a wine bar (for up to 20 people), a storage room for bicycles, motorcycles, sanitary facilities and on the first floor we have a social hall
On the second floor - the attic, there are suitable spaces for giving away and socializing
The living area - the apartments are accessible via a staircase from the corridor on the ground floor of the mill building, where the other facilities of the guesthouse will be located - a large common room with a tiled stove
These spaces will be intended for communal meals
The apartments are located in the attic of the original residential part of the former mill building, thus ensuring complete peace and privacy for all guests of the guesthouse
The three apartments are built from first-class natural materials (brickwork, wood - oak, spruce, natural ceramic tiles), which honor the tradition and history of the entire building
The building is heated centrally in the form of underfloor heating using a combination of ecological energy sources
Building - B
A separate new building with two large apartments stands on the site of a former barn with stables
The building was built with the original look of the stables in mind and meets the guests' demands for a healthy lifestyle, comfort and relaxation
The two apartments are built from first-class natural materials (brickwork, stone, wood - oak, spruce, natural ceramic tiles) that honor the tradition and history of the entire mill
The building is designed as a ground-floor building with an attic and is divided into two separate housing units with a common entrance hall (possibility of storing bicycles, strollers, etc.
The entire building is heated by a combination of ecological energy sources - heat pump, tiled stove.
Sanitary facilities: Apartments with separate bathrooms.

Transportation, parking: Parking space for cars.
The pension does not offer all-day meals or breakfast, the apartments have equipped kitchens, a large equipped kitchen with a convection oven
