We have started booking accommodation for the winter season 2022 - 23. We offer accommodation in ONE SIX-BED, TWO FIVE-BED AND THREE FOUR-BED APARTMENTS WITH WHIRLPOOL POOL AND HALF BOARD

on the slope, connected to the Vysoké nad Jizerou ski area

The house/cottage is located on a large plot of land in a beautiful, clean and energetic landscape on the border of the Jizerské Hory and Giant Mountains, 200m from the road from Sklenařice to Vysoké nad Jizerou

A well-maintained road leads to the property, which is a tourist link between Sklenařice and Vysoké nad Jizera, located approx. 15 m from the house (maintained in winter)

Parking right next to the cottage is provided

Fifty meters from the entrance of the house, the ski lift ends, which does not disturb the peaceful character of the landscape and semi-solitude (very suitable for children or beginners)

It is possible to reach the Šachta ski area in Vysoké nad Jizerou on skis and ski back to the house

The ski resort in Paseky nad Jizerou (3 km), Rokytnica nad Jizerou (10 km) or Harrachov (18 km) is available.

Next to the house, a popular cross-country trail leads from Vysoké nad Jizerou to Štěpánka and back, or

to Paseky, Zlata Olešnica, etc.

Accommodation in the Guest House

Bedrooms and rooms: ALL APARTMENTS HAVE THEIR SOCIAL DEVICES, WIFI, TELEVISION.

Sanitary facilities: SHOWER, TOILET.

Heating: Boiler room with ecological heating - pellets.

Transportation, parking: The cottage / RD is located 200m from the road from Sklenařice to Vysoké nad Jizerou

Parking right next to the cottage is provided.

Breakfast buffet, dinner according to the current menu, pub at HARRY'S in the PROPERTY.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Price does not include:

Baby cot - 100 CZK/night

Pet - dog/cat - 150 CZK/night

Sauna - 600 CZK/hour

Whirlpool bath tub - 500 CZK/first hour, 300 CZK for each additional hour

Discounts for children:

Children from 0-1.99 years old - 100% - without entitlement to bed and board

Children from 2-9.99 years - 10%

Deposits for the stay:

When booking 90-36 days or more before arrival, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay is paid.

When booking 35-0 days before arrival, a 100% deposit of the price of the stay is paid.

Invoices in the total amount below CZK 5,000 are invoiced at 100% immediately.

Cancellation Policy:

90-36 days before the start date, 50% of the total accommodation price.

35 days or less - cancellation before arrival is 100% cancellation fee.

Important information:

The above prices are valid for a fully occupied room for a minimum of 2 nights.

Surcharge for accommodation for one night - 50%.

The price for an unoccupied bed is CZK 350/night.

Towels and bed linen are included in the price

Important Times:

Arrival from 2:00 p.m

Departure by 10:00 a.m

We recommend our guests to take out travel insurance with additional insurance for cancellation fees

The terms of the insurance can be arranged individually with the selected insurance company and thus avoid the risk of paying cancellation fees in the event that you have to cancel your stay with us.

If the stay cannot take place due to a decision by a force majeure / e.g

- the government of the Czech Republic, Ministry of Health, etc./, will be moved to another date by agreement of the operator-client.
