Thanks to its location, it is suitable for recreation of families with children, but also for company parties, events, trainings, etc.

In the summer, there is a private outdoor pool, an inflatable pool for children, a sandpit with a slide, a swing, garden furniture and, of course, an evening barbecue

There are marked tourist routes right next to the object, which can be used for both walking and cycling in the summer

In winter, the area is especially suitable for cross-country skiers, the nearest ski lift is in Rokytnica, and for more demanding skiers, the nearby Říčka resort is available.

Bedrooms and rooms: It is possible to stay in two double rooms, four triple rooms and one four-bed room

All rooms have their own toilet and shower

2 cots are available free of charge for small children.

Sanitary facilities: All rooms have their own bathroom

There are also women's and men's toilets on the ground floor

For babies, we have a bath, a potty and a cutting board.

Heating: The lessor arranges the heating of the building.

Transportation, parking: You can get to the property by car

The number of parking spaces is for 20 people
