Chumecký mlýn is a small farm and family guesthouse located in the middle of meadows, fields and forests

Thanks to its location, it is an ideal place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city

You can stay in 3 apartments with their own bathroom and kitchenette, 2 of which are suitable for families with children

Accommodation with pets is also possible (you can even come with a horse, there is accommodation for it as well)

However, it is necessary to take into account that it is a working farm, so sometimes you will hear some kind of agricultural machinery or cows mooing :) In addition to cows and calves, we have mini ponies, horses and a dog

The owners (part of the family) live in the same building, so they are available during your stay if needed

The guesthouse is suitable for families with children, couples, groups of friends or seniors

The apartments are accessed by stairs

Individuals wishing for rest and peace can also stay

Upon agreement, the common room can also be used for various celebrations

However, smoking inside the building, holding fireworks and using fireworks are prohibited! In case of interest, longer-term accommodation is also possible

The guesthouse is within driving distance of Šumava and various cultural monuments.

In one part there is a kitchenette and a living area with a sofa bed and a double bed

The apartment includes a separate room with 2 separate beds

Duplex apartment 4 (85 m²) - suitable for 6 people (max 7)

The living space is connected to the kitchenette and equipped with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed

The apartment includes a separate bedroom with a double bed and a maisonette with 3 separate beds

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

Transportation, parking: Pension Chumecký mlýn is easily accessible, an asphalt road leads to it

You can park for free right next to the building.

Dining

Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette suitable for preparing your own food

Breakfast can be provided upon request and for an additional fee.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Individual apartments are available subject to availability

The price for accommodation of children under 12 years is CZK 450 in the summer season and CZK 350 in the winter/off-season for accommodation for more than 2 nights

In the case of accommodation for 1 night, a supplement of CZK 50 is charged to the above prices

Prices are without breakfast

Children under the age of 2 stay for free without the right to their own bed

Bed linen and towels are included in the price

There is 1 cot available

Pets can be accommodated in the guesthouse for a fee of 150 CZK/night (paid in cash on site).

Upon arrival, a security deposit of CZK 1,500/apartment is collected in cash in case of damage or excessive soiling of the apartment

The deposit is returned upon departure

50% of the total accommodation price is paid in advance to the account (we send an advance invoice electronically), the rest is paid in cash upon arrival

In the case of a reservation on the day of arrival, accommodation is possible by telephone arrangement

Payment is then only made in cash

Unfortunately, we do not accept payment cards yet.

The usual time for payment of the deposit is 2 working days after sending the invoice

During this time, we guarantee the date, later the reservation cannot be held due to capacity reasons

The stay can be canceled free of charge 14 days before the planned arrival, after which the deposit is forfeited

In case of non-arrival, the deposit is also non-refundable

If the stay is shortened by the client, there is no right to a refund and it is necessary to pay the entire amount of the originally booked stay.

By paying the deposit for the stay, the client agrees to the above reservation and cancellation conditions, including cancellation fees.

Arrival and departure:

Check-in takes place from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and check-out until 10 a.m.

Earlier/later arrival and departure is only possible by agreement based on current occupancy.
