Cancel Conditions:

Cancellation fees apply to both written and telephone orders.

The cancellation fee is calculated from the total amount of the order, not the amount of the advance payment.

Cancel must be carried out by the client in writing (email, letter) and the pension is also obliged to notify the client in writing of the acceptance of the cancellation.

In the case of changes, the client does not arrive and does not occupy a pre -ordered capacity of the reserved stay, the Pension Cancel fee charges 100% of the price of the order and abolishes the stay.

The deposit is returnable only when the reservation is canceled 30 days before the reserved date.
