The house is located in a secluded area at the forest intersection of the roads from Nové Hrady to České Velenice and from Žofina Hutě to Hohenberg

It is a former border guard company and currently it is possible to rent only the entire building including the kitchen

The owners' apartment with a separate entrance is part of the building

Due to the location of the property, there is a poor WiFi and mobile signal.
