We offer to rent a guest house on the square of Lužnice, with a large garden, where you can rent individual apartments or the whole building

Its location and size is our guesthouse ideal for larger groups that like to meet with grilling or want to sit together in the evening.

Bedrooms and rooms: The pension is divided into three separate apartments (number one, two, three) with their own entrance, which are equally large, differs in the number of extra beds

In each apartment there is a large common room on the ground floor, equipped with kitchenette, sanitary facilities

In the attic of each apartment are three bedrooms and another bathroom

Therefore, there are a total of 9 rooms, 3 common rooms, 6 bathrooms and 6 toilets in the case of renting the entire pension.

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has a bathroom with a bath and sink on the ground floor, separate toilet

On the floor of each apartment is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Heating: Heating is provided by a heat pump.

Transportation, parking: Plenty of space for all cars, parking on the fenced land pension.

The advantage of each apartment is a large common room in which there is a sofa, enough chairs even for a larger company, a large dining table

All three kitchen enclosures are equipped for conventional cooking: induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator

There is a grill and a pergola in the garden

Operation from May to September, other months after agreement

Apartment number one, two, three: arrival from 15h - departure to 10h

Children under 3.99 free

The price is set for an apartment/night

In case of extra beds of 300 CZK/night

In case of accommodation for 1 night surcharge 200 CZK per person/night

Dog only after prior agreement - one -time fee 500 CZK/dog

Recreational fee, bedding, bedding, towels include accommodation.

For booking accommodation we require a deposit of 50% of the price of stay

Surcharge on arrival by transfer to account

Cancellation of reservation:

For more than a month before arrival we will return 100% of the backup

Moon up to 3 weeks before arrival we will return you 50% of the backup

less than three weeks - we do not return the deposit

In case of shortening the length of stay we will be invoicing the entire surcharge
