Newly reconstructed original farmstead in the picturesque South Bohemian village of Ponědraž, which lies on the shores of the pond of the same name (140 ha) in the Třeboňsko Protected Landscape Area. There are two completely separate apartments (12 + 9 beds). Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen, living room with TV, 3 bathrooms. equipment with shower (bath) + toilet and three bedrooms (2 - 4 beds). There is a TV in each bedroom. The building is suitable for a quiet family recreation as well as for group stays. In the enclosed yard is a sunken pool, garden grill, trampoline and sitting under a pergola.

Bedrooms and rooms: The apartment house is situated in a quiet part of the village overlooking the countryside. It is a newly, in a higher standard renovated original farmstead while preserving some elements of folk architecture. There is also a large enclosed courtyard with a sunken swimming pool with solar heating (diameter 5.5 m), garden grill and trampoline. The building is suitable for a quiet family recreation as well as for group stays.
There are two completely separate apartments available to guests. The larger of them (apartment A) has a capacity of up to 12 beds. It consists of a living room with color TV - SAT, bar with separate furnished kitchenette with sitting area and three bedrooms in the attic of the building (1 x 3 beds, 1 x 4 beds, 1 x 5 beds). There is a TV in each bedroom. The five-bed bedroom is equipped with its own complete bathroom with shower, for the triple and quadruple bedroom there is a complete bathroom with a corner bath. On the ground floor there is another separate bathroom with shower and 2 separate toilets (1 x with urinal).
The smaller of the apartments (apartment B) has a capacity of up to 9 beds. It consists of a living room with color TV - SAT, equipped kitchen with bar, separate sitting area and three bedrooms (1 x 2 beds, 1 x 3 beds, 1 x 4 beds). There is a TV in each bedroom. The triple and quadruple bedrooms are situated in the attic of the building and share a complete bathroom with a bathtub. The double bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a completely separate wheelchair access directly from the terrace. It is equipped with its own separate bathroom with shower and separate toilet. It is especially suitable for holidaymakers with reduced mobility and for seniors. There is another separate toilet on the ground floor of the building.
Heating: Both apartments are available to guests all year round. They are stylishly yet modernly equipped. In winter, heating is provided by a fireplace with hot air distribution, or el. direct heaters.
Transportation, parking: Arrival is solved by a local road, which leads to road No. 24 connecting the towns of Veselí nad Lužnicí (8 km) and Lomnice nad Lužnicí (4 km).
Parking is provided in front of the apartment house on its own land.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette for guests to prepare meals.
At a distance of about 200 m from the apartment house is a restaurant with catering. Other restaurants can be found in Lomnice nad Lužnicí, 5 km away.
Hot water in both apartments is a matter of course.
Each apartment has a covered veranda in a spacious enclosed courtyard and a stone terrace with seating under a pergola, which ensures privacy. For all guests there is a garden grill, trampoline and a sunken swimming pool with solar heating (diameter 5.5 m), which is situated in the back of the enclosed courtyard.

The object of the apartment house can be rented by individual rooms as well as by whole apartments, with the proviso that in the main tourist season (July + August) we prefer to rent whole apartments. In the high season (July + August) min. weekly stays with the arrival day always on Saturday afternoon. In the high season (July + August) the price is 390 CZK / bed / night (when the whole apartment is occupied 300 CZK / bed / night).
Apartment A (= 12 beds) = 29,400 CZK / apartment / week
Apartment B (= 9 beds) = 22,050 CZK / apartment / week
When the entire building is occupied (apartment A + apartment B), 15% discount (= CZK 43,730 / object / week).
In the off-season (except New Year's Eve) the price is 320 CZK / bed / night. It is possible to stay shorter than a week (min. 2 nights) and it is possible to rent individual rooms.
When the entire building is occupied (apartment A + apartment B), 10% discount (= CZK 6,050 / object / day).
The price for a New Year's Eve stay is negotiable (min. CZK 35,000 / minimum stay: 3 nights)
A refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 / apartment is required upon arrival.
Price for consumed energy exceeding 50 kWh / apartment: 4.90 CZK / 1 kWh (valid for weekly stays). For shorter stays, the price for electricity is according to its consumption.
Municipal office fee: 8 CZK person / night (children up to 10 years free).
Pets are allowed only in agreement with the owner for a contractual fee.
Leased premises are handed over tidy. Final cleaning is not included in the price!
