Bedrooms and rooms: Three above-standard equipped apartments with a separate entrance are fully equipped

Up the wooden stairs on the bedroom floor - 4 beds (hypoallergenic blankets, medical mattresses).

Sanitary facilities: in each apartment (shower, sink, toilet).

Heating: Central heating.

Transportation, parking: parking lot at the building.

Dining

food - own (equipped kitchen)

In the village of Janovice (approx. 500m from the guesthouse) there is a village pub where meals are available.

In each of the apartments you will find: living room with sitting area, LCD TV, SAT, WiFi internet, table and chairs, kitchenette - fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, basic dishes

A cot and high chair are available

After receiving the confirmed reservation, a deposit of 50% must be paid to the account within 3 days, otherwise the reservation is invalid

In the event of a cancellation 14 days before arrival, the entire deposit is returned after deducting bank charges to your account

In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable

If you book accommodation less than 2 days before arrival, no deposit is required

When paying, please include your full name in the note for the recipient

Price list

The price includes consumed energy, insurance and bed linen

The fee to the municipality is 15 CZK for each day of stay started, with the exception of the day of its beginning.

!!! It is necessary to observe the arrival time (2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.) and then vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday

Failure to do so will result in a delay in guest exchange
