The location of the accommodation, 3 kilometers from Horažďovice, is an ideal place for trips around the area and the nearby Šumava

Bedrooms and rooms: There are 3 separate rooms in the accommodation, each room has its own bathroom

The rooms have large double beds with the option of an extra bed

Each room has a TV and Wi-Fi connection

The kitchen is shared by all guests

Breakfast is available upon agreement

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, kettle and glass ceramic hob (possibility of basic cooking)

Hot drinks are included in the price of the stay

On the ground floor of the accommodation there is a common room with seating and a children's corner

There is a covered pergola in the enclosed yard

Parking is at the accommodation

Newly, by arrangement, we can also offer you a hot tub that is directly in the pergola.

Sanitary facilities: There are 3 separate bathrooms in the accommodation

The bathrooms have basic hygiene equipment (towels, liquid soap, toilet paper).

Heating: The entire building is heated by a heat pump.

Transportation, parking: Parking is available right next to the accommodation.

Breakfast is possible by arrangement

Lunch or dinner can be delivered from the nearby pizzeria (3 km).

There are many good restaurants in the vicinity of the accommodation.

Double room: 2 persons: 1500 CZK/night

extra bed: 350 CZK per person/night

Double room: 1 person: 950 CZK/night

The reservation will be confirmed after payment of a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay by bank transfer

The surcharge is paid in cash on the spot.

- the deposit is non-refundable

- in the winter season, a separate price is charged for heating (heat pump)

- the price for electricity is not included in the price of the stay, it is charged separately according to the value on the electricity meter, also heating the hot tub

- the price for water is included in the price of the stay
