In 2016, we completed the complete reconstruction of the game house at Zvůl (the oldest house by the Zvůle pond, originally used as a fish dwelling), in which we built four new and stylish (separate) apartments in the beautiful area of Česká Kanada right by the Zvůle pond
It is a place surrounded by forests with a wonderful recreation pond Zvůle, which boasts beautiful clear water all year round, directly inviting for swimming or fishing
Zvůle is an ideal place to relax for those looking for peace and the beauty of nature, tourists, cyclists, mushroom pickers and, last but not least, families with children will certainly find their place here
The apartments have their own entrances
The lower apartment is equipped with an outdoor glazed all-wooden veranda facing SW with a view of the Zvůle pond
The cottage is partially fenced, has its own parking spaces right next to the building / each apartment 1 parking space, other cars for a fee in the campsite /
The building includes a barn where you can lock bikes, strollers, etc
In 2018, we completed a relaxation zone on the floor of the barn, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Zvólá in rattan chairs
In the garden there is a sandpit, a portable fireplace and garden furniture
From all apartments you have a beautiful view across the meadow to the Zvůle pond and beautiful mixed forests.
Bedrooms and rooms: We have 4 separate apartments available for you
Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer and towels
The toilet is also separate in each apartment
It goes without saying that children's cutting boards, potties, stools and cots are provided
The living room has a sofa, TV, WIFI
The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area
In the bedrooms, we have prepared massive wooden beds with quality mattresses and anti-allergenic blankets for you.
Sanitary facilities: Each suite is equipped with a private bathroom with a shower, sink, hairdryer, towels and, of course, hot water from the boiler
The toilet is separate
We have a children's cutting board, stool, potty, cot including bedding available for your little ones.
Heating: Heating is provided in the form of direct heaters, consumption is paid upon departure

Transportation, parking: Parking is available on the property right next to the cottage for 1 car per apartment free of charge, another car in the camp for a fee of CZK 50 per day.

During the summer holidays, there are 2 restaurants and a pizzeria nearby
Out of season, the nearest restaurant is in Kunžak, Dačice, Jindřichův Hradec
The nearest grocery store is in the village of Kunžak, Lidl, Penny, Kaufland stores are closest to Dačice, Jindřichův Hradec.
The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen unit with a two-burner built-in electric stove, a kettle, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a table and chairs
In the living room there is a couch, table, TV, WIFI
Grilling is possible in the garden, relaxing deckchairs, garden furniture, sandpit, etc. can be used
Grills including grill briquettes are available.

We will accommodate you in 4 separate apartments with their own bathroom and kitchenette
Prices of individual apartments:
Apartment 2 (smallest - 2 beds) - CZK 1,100/day, extra bed possible upon agreement (2 places) CZK 300/night/person
Apartment 1 (the largest with a veranda - 2 bedrooms - 7 beds) - CZK 2,200 / day,
Apartment 4 (left attic - 5 beds) - CZK 1,900/day,
Apartment 3 (right attic - 2 bedrooms - 5 beds) - CZK 1,900/day,
The price per person in the case of groups is 450,--/ adult and 300,--/ child.
Renting the entire cottage is 8,000/night/weekend in the off-season
Operation is from April to October (other months by agreement)
Weekly stays are from Saturday to Saturday in the high season (July, August) and long weekends are possible in the off-season
It is paid for the length of stay that was agreed upon when booking! Local tourist tax of CZK 20 per person per night
The minimum length of stay is two nights
Average weekly electricity consumption is included in the price
50 kWh of energy (completely sufficient for normal electricity consumption), extra charge of CZK 7/kWh above the stated limit
In the case of direct heaters, the consumed electricity is paid extra

Bed linen and towels are included in the price
Bedding is anti-allergenic
Payment: after placing an order by phone or e-mail, we will provide you with an account number and a variable payment symbol, to which you will pay a deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation within seven days
The remaining amount can be paid before starting the accommodation or upon arrival

We ask our guests for regular cleaning before departure (taking out baskets, tidy dishes, stripped bedding, etc.)
