You can find the cottage "U Obory" in the immediate vicinity of Babiččina údolí and Ratibořice, 1 km from the Rozkoš dam

The complex is located on a large, well-maintained plot, where everyone can find their own space to relax and where children can run freely around the large orchard

The place is suitable not only for relaxation or family holidays, but also for group stays, smaller celebrations or company events

In one building there are two apartments (four-bed and six-bed), both with a private entrance from the terrace

A common room with a fireplace has been set up in the renovated former granary, which can be rented by arrangement

In the stone shed you can store your bikes and e-bikes, there is a grill and everything needed for grilling

There is an outdoor covered seating area with garden furniture, a fireplace and a sandpit

You can refresh yourself in the outdoor above-ground pool

You can relax in the arboretum or the large orchard

Our surroundings directly encourage you to go for walks or bike rides

You can walk along Babiččina údolí, where you can visit the Ratibořický castle,

Rudra's mill, Old Bleach or sit by Viktorčina's raft

The entire region is criss-crossed with cycle routes, three of which pass directly through Babiččín údolí

In the summer months, you can also use the many cycle buses that will take you to attractive places in our region.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The apartment on the ground floor has a bedroom with four beds, in the kitchen there is a sofa that can be used as a single bed, or when expanded as a double bed

The upstairs apartment has two triple bedrooms with the possibility of one extra bed

There are two cots and a high chair for children

For the safety of the little ones

children, we can equip the stairs with a child barrier on request.

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower, sink, cupboard and toilet

Towels, bath towels, liquid soap and a hair dryer are available.

Heating: The building has gas heating.

Transportation, parking: You can drive up to the building, you can park for free in a designated place.

Dining

You can order a served breakfast with us, including a vegetarian one

Both apartments have their own equipped kitchen

There are two restaurants at a distance of about 300 m

The nearest grocery store is in Česká Skalica, approx. 2.5 km away.

Cottage furnishings

The kitchens in both apartments have an electric stove, fridge, microwave oven, kettle and necessary utensils

A coffee and tea set is available

Both apartments have sofas, beds, bedside tables, lamps and plenty of storage space

Bath towels, hand towels, tea towels, a jar and liquid soap are also available

You can rent a grill, grill tools, grilling needles, petanque or badminton free of charge

If you need wood, charcoal or bowls for the grill, you can buy them directly from us

You can use the outdoor above-ground pool to refresh yourself

Rattan garden furniture is part of the outdoor covered seating area

For your relaxation, you will find sunbeds and hammocks in the garden

We are happy to lend your children toys for the sandbox.

10 or less days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the paid deposit.
