Our newly built cottage stands on a sunny land in the picturesque village of Horní Valley in Jeseníky Mountains

Walks through the forest, trips to the attractions of the surroundings, which are worth returning several times, cycling and cross -country trails, in which everyone can find the family ski lifts in the vicinity; public wellness, two bowling paths, playground for tennis and football in the next village of the Lower Valley… In other words - if you no longer enjoy resting at the fireplace or in the Finnish sauna in our stylish and comfortably furnished cottage; If you already have a full abdomen of grilled goodies prepared for a fireplace of outdoor seating; If children want to look for adventures a little further than the playground in the garden, the surroundings offer a lot of options

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: You wish a good and calm night in three bedrooms - for 2,4.3 people

In the largest of them you can watch TV before bedtime

There are storage space for your clothes in the bedrooms

Upon agreement, we will replace the classic pillows with anatomically shaped and for your youngest we will complete the travel cot

Heart of cottages - kitchen, dining room and room

Heart of the cottage - just here, in the heart of our cottage, you can all meet

Enjoy the smell of upcoming food and drink and tast everything together at the dining table, watch a movie on 3D television, or a soothing flame in the fireplace, lazing with a book in hand, playing games, just everything that will make you happy.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom on the upper floor offers a classic standard for hygiene

Pleasant heated floor, spacious shower and as a bonus beautiful view from the window to the nearby forest and even grazing cows ...

Heating: Heating in our cottage is a powerful fireplace with an exchanger

In addition, the entire lower floor is heated to the floor

There are radiators in the attic that are also connected to the fireplace

If you do not want to heat yourself in the fireplace, you can turn on the electric boiler.

Terrace: A spacious terrace connected to the back of the cottage offers a quiet and discreet rest in a comfortable garden furniture

Outdoor seating with a fireplace: sitting with a fireplace will give you a pleasant cozy stash both before the rain and in front of the sun's rays

At the big table you feed a lot of eaters ..

Playground: Children's playground offers a lot of alternatives, which children will certainly appreciate and adults maybe a little uneasy - trampoline, house with slide, swings, darts, badminton, balls, lazy tennis, children's sandbox with lots of toys, but also a rocking net for two

Adults will surely calm the position of the playground - in a quiet part of the garden behind the cottage, moreover clear and easily "default" from the terrace

Lenošárna: In a pleasant and cozy room you can relax not only after a sauna

Relaxing sun loungers will offer comfort even when listening to music or reading

But of course they are an indivisible part of sauna in the Finnish sauna for 4 people

There is a cooling bucket in a large shower corner and east directly on the terrace, for fresh air

Like the entire lower floor of the cottage, the loungers have a heated floor

Energy up to 100kW - above 100kw surcharge 7CZK/kW, bedding, bath towels and towels, dishwasher tablets, cot and chair on request, fee 15CZK/person day

For shorter stays than a week, including weekends, electricity is charged according to the actual condition - 100kW free of charge only at weekly stays in the main season

When booking a payment of 30% of the price of stay

Refundable deposit of 3000 CZK

This deposit also serves as a cleaning deposit, if you do not return our cottage in a flood cleaned state, the bail will be pulled from the amount of CZK 2,000 for cleaning and automatically !!

Cancellation conditions - 31 days before arrival 0%, less than 31 days before arrival 50% of the deposit, less than 10 days before arrival 100% of the deposit.
