Our cottage offers cheap accommodation in a semi-secluded location, 5 minutes' walk from the ski slope, in a fairytale setting in the village of Dolní Údolí near Zlaté Hory, in the heart of Jeseníky

Across the hill is the famous Rejvíz, shrouded in rumors

This four-storey villa is divided into 2 parts, which we have named "Upper Cottage" and "Lower Cottage" for differentiation.

Each part of the cottage is fully independent, with its own entrance, bedroom, equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate garden

The garden is about 4500 m², with a sitting area with a grill and a fireplace

For children we have a trampoline, a swing with a slide, a pool and a sandpit

On the edge of the garden, the Olešnice stream flows with a depth of only about 20 cm and in two places it is excavated to about 140 cm

This makes the stream suitable for swimming and especially interesting for unforgettable wading up to Zlaté Hory, or just wading and looking for gold and launching boats

Reservation: To make a binding reservation, you need to pay 50% of the price of the stay by bank transfer.

The additional payment of the second half of the price of the stay must be paid no later than 7 days before the start of the stay, also by bank transfer

Supplement for Christmas, New Year's Eve and weekly stays in summer 14 days before the start of the stay.

Refundable deposit: we require a refundable deposit of NOK 6,000; foreign nationals 10,000,- (€400), the deposit must be paid by bank transfer before the start of the stay! We return to the account within 5 working days

days after the end of the stay.

Celebrations, class reunions, hen parties, etc

are allowed ONLY BY PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENT with an additional fee + 50% of the accommodation price and a refundable deposit increased to NOK 10,000.

PRICE INCLUDES: Bedding, water consumption, dishwasher tablets, Wi-Fi, parking.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE (deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay): Cleaning fee (Lower cottage 800.00, Upper cottage 900.00), Recreation fee to the village 20.00/person/day, Electricity consumption 7.00/kW

Please bring your own bath towels and washcloths, or we can lend them for 50/piece after prior agreement.

CANCELLATION OF FEES:

– 60% of the paid reservation fee if the reservation is canceled 31 or more days before the start of the stay

– 100% of the paid reservation fee when canceling the reservation 1-30 calendar days before the start of the stay

– In case of an unauthorized celebration, hen party, class reunions and similar events that disturb the peace in the immediate vicinity of the cottage or in case of inappropriate behavior of the guests, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the stay without the right to compensation!

Finnish sauna: One-time fee for cleaning and disinfection of the sauna and sauna room: 500,- + electricity consumption (7,-/kW)

It is necessary to observe the principles of safe use of the sauna, which are located in the sauna room

The sauna is part of the Lower Cottage!
