Bedrooms and rooms: There are 3 separate bedrooms in the house (2x double bed, 1x three single beds), possibility of cot on request

The second bathroom is part of the bedroom and has a toilet, sink and shower.

In the case of a shortened stay, the full price per week is paid

If the stay is extended to two weeks, a 15% discount is possible for the second week of the stay.

The price of the stay does not include a tourist fee to the village of NOK 10/adult/night

The total amount for all persons is paid in cash on the spot

Persons under the age of 18 are exempt from the fee.

For cleaning, guests are charged a one-time fee of CZK 600 for the entire building

This amount is already included in the total price.

Payment is only possible by bank transfer! For a fixed reservation of the object, it is necessary to pay at least 50% of the total amount within three days of the preliminary reservation

Otherwise, it is not possible to guarantee the date you have chosen! The additional payment must be paid no later than 20 days before the due date.

In case of cancellation of the stay reservation within 30 - 20 days before the date, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total price for accommodation

In case of cancellation of the stay between 20 and 14 days before the date, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price for the accommodation

In case of cancellation of the stay less than 14 days before the date, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of 75% of the total price for the accommodation.

We rent the entire building, not individual rooms, which is why it is of course harder to occupy the entire building at the last minute.

The owner reserves the right to request a refundable deposit of NOK 3,000 in cash upon handing over the property

This deposit will be returned to the client after the object is returned in good condition
