Bedrooms and rooms: 1st floor - one four-bed bedroom + one four-and-a-half-bed bedroom

2nd floor - one four-bed bedroom.

Sanitary facilities: ground floor - 1x WC

1st floor - 1x bathroom (1x shower, 2x sinks), 1x WC (separate from the bathroom)

2nd floor - 1x bathroom with shower and toilet.

Heating: Solid fuel boiler located on the ground floor of the building

Boiler service - own.

Transportation, parking: Access road to the property

4 parking spaces

In the winter months, we recommend snow chains.

On the 1st floor, kitchen - 2x refrigerator, 2x microwave oven, 2x two-burner stove, 1x oven, dishes, dining table + 8 chairs)

The building underwent a complete internal reconstruction in the summer of 2011

Each room has 4 beds, wardrobes, chests of drawers and a table with 4 chairs

In front of the cottage in the summer months there is a possibility to sit outside, including a covered pergola.
