The cottage is located in a picturesque plateau below Králický Sněžnik

This is a luxurious new building (2017) with a wonderful view of the entire Jeseníky Mountains (from Ramzová, through Praděd, Dlouhé stráně to Kamenec nad Skřítkem)

The cottage is located on a large, grassy and well-kept plot of land (approx. 1700 m²), with a stream flowing behind it in the valley, which can be accessed from the cottage.

A heat pump that heats the entire building

Another option is electric direct heaters in each room with separate regulation.

Transportation, parking: There is covered parking for 2 cars plus another 2-3 parking spaces next to the covered parking

The cottage has its own driveway, which is maintained in winter

In case of a large amount of snow, a maintained parking lot 150 meters from the building.

Dining

Several restaurants within 12 km (Lower Morava, Malá Morava, Hanušovice), fully equipped kitchen for 12 people.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Weekly stays Saturday - Saturday, payment for accommodation in advance to the account when ordering plus a deposit of 4,000 CZK refundable upon departure or to the account (electricity up to 3,000 CZK in the winter season and up to 1,000 CZK in the summer season and out of season plus wood for the fireplace is included in the price)

Out of season, extended weekend stays from Thursday to Sunday can be arranged

For shorter stays of 2 nights, 3 nights will be charged.
