There are three rooms, each room has a touch of František Kaván, a bed and wardrobe painted with a bouquet of poppies, the initials FK (František Kaván) written on the beds and a third room dedicated to his wife

It is an experience to sleep on a beautiful, green tiled stove

It is a really great experience to bake buns, holiday cakes, duck in the oven

or goose and smell the whole log

From the kitchen you go out onto a terrace with seating on two benches, a table and a chair

There is also a wooden pergola equipped with a gas grill and seating - a massive bench, table and chairs

In the garden you will also find a fireplace for roasting burritos, sitting on sandstone stones

The garden is situated in such a way that everyone can find their own place to rest and relax

You can pick blueberries in the garden, or they will pick fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, or whatever is currently ripe for you.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: In the log cabin you will find a large kitchen with a tiled stove, on which you can comfortably sleep, a sofa with a pull-out bed (extra bed) as a dominant feature

There are three separate rooms,

The 1st room is located on the ground floor and is a double room, the room is located on the eastern side of the log house, where the sun wakes you up

The 2nd room is a double room, located on the first floor of the log house

The window is located on the east side

The room has a double bed, a bedside table with a lamp

From the room, the stairs lead to the "hambálka", which is a room in the attic, where there are two beds for children

The 3rd room is a triple room and is also located on the floor of the log house with a view to the west side

The room is equipped with a comfortable double bed and has a beautiful hand-painted headboard

And there is also a single bed that can be unfolded and used as an extra bed

There is also a hand-painted wardrobe in the room

The paintings on the beds and wardrobe are mainly red poppies, which Kaván liked to paint

There are night timers with lamps by the beds

The bedding you sleep in is made of Czech canvas, hand-ironed.

Sanitary facilities: There are two bathrooms in the log house,

on the ground floor with a shower, sink and towels,

second bathroom upstairs, corner bathtub, shower, sink, towels, hair dryer

There are two toilets here, separate, with sinks on the ground floor and on the first floor.

Heating: The heating is on the one hand underfloor, with gas

It can also be heated with wood in a fully functional oven.

Transportation, parking: Parking is provided in the fenced part of the building

They can comfortably park 3 or 4 vehicles.

You can also prepare food in our equipped kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an induction four-burner stove, tiled functional oven, electric kettle, retro microwave oven, bean coffee machine, toaster, toaster, hand blender, pans, pots, bowls, spices and seasonal teas from Sonnentor

The greatest experience is to cook according to tastes and aromas in our tiled oven

You can eat in nearby restaurants in Hlinsko or Trhová Kamenice

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS accommodation in Roubenka Kavánka.

Cancellation fees apply only to confirmed written orders (by email or letter and SMS message).

The cancellation fee is calculated from the total amount of the order, not from the amount of the advance payment

The client, the customer, must make the cancellation in writing (by e-mail, letter, SMS message) and the accommodation provider is also obliged to notify the client in writing of the acceptance of the cancellation, also by e-mail, letter or SMS message.

Cancellation of stay more than 33 days (inclusive) before arrival - free of charge

Cancellation of stay 32 - 22 days including before arrival - fee of 60%

Cancellation of stay 21 - 12 days including before the start of the stay - a fee of 80%

Cancellation of stay 11 - 4 days before starting accommodation - 90% fee

Cancellation of stay 3 - up to the day of arrival - 100% fee

In the event that the client does not board the pre-booked stay within 24 hours of the start of the reserved stay, the accommodation provider charges a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the order and cancels the stay

In the event of cancellation of a stay for which an advance payment has already been made and according to the cancellation conditions, the amount of the advance paid is higher than the cancellation itself from the total amount, the accommodation provider returns the amount exceeding the cancellation to the client.
