Our cottage is located in the small village of Vrchotovy Janovice in the Benešovsk region, on the edge of the village of Mrvice, hidden under a hill under an old cherry orchard

After the renovation is complete, we can provide our guests with accommodation in four bedrooms

The basic capacity is 9 beds with the possibility of an extra bed for 1 person

The spacious ground floor is furnished as a social space with a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area by the tiled stones

There is a large garden with an open fireplace, a terrace, a grill and a sandpit.

Bedrooms and rooms: Ground floor: large common room with kitchen, dining room and sitting area by the stove

Bedroom in the former honey house (double bed)

Attic: bedroom by the stone gable (double bed) and cot, bedroom overlooking the orchard (double bed), large walk-through bedroom (double bed and single bed).

Sanitary facilities: Each floor has a bathroom with toilet and shower

A separate toilet is located at the entrance to the house.

Heating: The building is heated centrally by an electric boiler

At the same time, it is possible to heat with a tiled stove.

Transportation, parking: Parking on the property near the building, the number of spaces corresponds to the capacity of the cottage.

Dining

The property has a fully equipped kitchen

For those interested, we can arrange a breakfast basket for several people on request, or other catering services.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and kettle

The object is available all year round

In the period from 1.6

we only rent weekly stays.

The minimum rental period is 2 nights.

You will have the cottage ready from the 15th

A deposit of 50% of the accommodation price is required for a binding reservation

The surcharge must be paid no later than one week before arrival.

One-time cleaning fee is CZK 2,500.

Electricity consumption will be added to the rental price.

When taking over the cottage, we accept a refundable deposit of CZK 3,000 and a deposit for energy depending on the length of stay.
