The wooden house is suitable for family holidays, both relaxing and active. It is located in a quiet part of the village, by a stream with a nice view of the surrounding forests and meadows.
The small cottage is a wooden house 2 + 1, which offers 4 beds in the bedroom (2x double bed)
and in the living area an extra bed - a sofa bed. Everything is located on one floor similar to an apartment. Common living room with dining area and kitchen, with access to the terrace where there is an outdoor seating area with barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, toaster, kettle and refrigerator. The kitchen also has a jar, tea towel and dishwasher tablets. There are four beds in the bedroom. 2 x double bed. A sofa bed can be used in the living room. Bathroom + toilet has a shower and sink. Towels are not available - please bring.
The cottage is connected to well water (we have certificates of safety), has a higher content of minerals and is not chemically treated - for direct drinking, we recommend that you bring bottled water.
Dog - not allowed.
Bedrooms and rooms: Bedroom 4 beds (2x double bed). Living room 1 bed (fold-out sofa - for children).
Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with shower and toilet - boiler 160 l.
Towels are not available - please bring your own.
Heating: The building is heated by el. boiler or fireplace stove with hot water exchanger.
Wood for heating is included.
Transportation, parking: Parking is at the cottage - max. 2 cars. Arrival is possible in winter without snow chains. For the exit to the Kohútka Ski Center, chains are necessary. Upon agreement, it is possible to arrange a ski bus to the Ski Center).
Self-catering in a fully equipped kitchen. There are many stylish restaurants in the vicinity with a varied selection of dishes and regional specialties.
Living room (35 m2) is equipped with dining and kitchenette, comfortable sofa (sofa bed with sleeping for 2 people - children), fireplace, TV + SAT. There is a kitchenette
4 - ceramic hob, el. oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, toaster and el. teapot. The cottage has a small plot (50 m2), on which there is a terrace with outdoor seating and barbecue. Please bring charcoal for the barbecue.
The terrace is also accessible from the living room.
