The cottage is located in the small village of Zahrádka u Vojkova (Benešov district) on the border of the Toulava tourist area, the Blanické rytířů region, the middle Povltaví and the lower Posázaví (or in the middle of the area defined by Týnec nad Sázavou, Blaník mountain, the town of Tábor and the town of Příbram)

The original courtyard was built in 1879 and the entire cottage has now undergone a complete, sensitive restoration in a country style

The heart of the building is the common room

The kitchen area is light-toned with decorative elements and pleasant backlighting will satisfy the eye of the staff

The stylish dining table is suitable not only for eating, but also for party games stored in the chest of drawers

Through the hall with a hanger, a wardrobe and a wall map, we reach the bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a sink and a toilet

Through the corridor, where the shoe rack is located, we will go to the bedroom with a preserved vault, in which there is a double bed

Behind the cottage there is an outdoor sitting area with the possibility of connecting electrical appliances, a fireplace, and children can have fun nearby

Part of the area is a large garage, which can comfortably fit the family car, bicycles or skis

The village of Zahrádka has a very convenient location - lovers of various tourist destinations will find something to suit them - cyclists will appreciate the dense network of cycle routes, including the Greenway Prague - Vienna and the newly opened Krčín cycle path, you can go on foot to the surrounding forests or go to places with nice views

By car, you can go to countless castles, museums, monuments to famous personalities, film locations or to natural swimming pools and indoor pools

Zahrádecký dvůr will not disappoint even skiers, as it is only a 14 km drive away from the slopes of Kvasejovice and Monínec

There are groomed cross-country trails in the area

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage offers 2 bedrooms, on the ground floor there is a double bed, bedside tables and a large solid wood wardrobe

In the loft there is a bed that can be adjusted for one or two guests, a wardrobe and a coffee table with comfortable chairs

A separate bed can be prepared in the living room

On request, a baby cradle, a 140x70 cm bed or a children's dining chair can be added.

Sanitary facilities: The cottage has one bathroom with a toilet, a bathtub and a sink with a mirror

Guests staying longer can do their laundry in the automatic washing machine.

Heating: A pleasant environment is maintained unattended by a heat pump

There is underfloor heating in the living room, hall and bathroom, electric panels in the bedrooms.
