Vejbor farm is a farm, originally from 1824, with a large enclosed yard surrounded by a large garden

The living area has been completely renovated, in the yard there is a spacious covered terrace, a herb garden and a children's corner

The cottage offers guests a kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a toilet and a large corner bath, and two bedrooms

WiFi internet connection is available throughout the building

Bicycles can be parked under the roof in the yard

Vlčetínec is located on the border of South Bohemia and Vysočina, about one kilometer from the main road from Pelhřimov to Jindřichov Hradec

In the surroundings you will find many opportunities for walking, picking mushrooms in the surrounding forests, for trips by bike or by car.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Two bedrooms and a shared kitchen are available to guests:

Larger bedroom: double bed 160 x 200 cm with bedside tables, two beds 90 x 190 cm, possibility of extra bed (fold-out couch) and cots, two armchairs and table, dressing table with mirror, wardrobe and secretary

Smaller bedroom: double bed 140 x 200 cm, children's bunk bed 80 x 180 cm with pull-out third bed, wardrobe, attic with shelves and clothes rail with hangers, secretary with folding table

The kitchen has all the equipment for cooking and eating: kitchen unit with complete dishes, kettle and microwave

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with large corner bath and toilet.

Heating: There is a wood stove in the kitchen

The building is heated by central heating with a wood boiler.

Transportation, parking: One parking space in the enclosed yard, another 3 to 4 on the paved area along the private driveway.

Dining

The nearest shops and restaurants are in Kamenice nad Lipou or Nová Včelnice (Flop, PennyMarket and others)

Both towns are about 6 km away.

Visiting in a tent in the yard

Upon agreement, it is possible to accommodate a visitor in their own tent in the yard for part of the stay, or for the entire stay.

Price per person per night: CZK 120

Conditions

The price includes water and electricity consumption

energy, bed linen, garbage collection

The price does not include recreation and residence fees.

we accommodate only from Saturday to Saturday.

Upon your reservation request, we will send you a confirmation and ask for a reservation deposit in the amount of one third of the accommodation price

Payment of the deposit creates a binding reservation

The deposit is paid by transfer to the account specified in the booking confirmation within 5 working days

If payment is not made after this period, the reservation is canceled and the stay is offered to other interested parties.

The starting day in the season is always Saturday, we recommend arrival between 4 - 6 pm

Possible changes can be agreed as possible

The end of accommodation in the season is on Saturday at 10.00 a.m. at the latest

The cottage must be handed over in the condition in which you received it, if this is not the case, we will deduct CZK 700 from the deposit for cleaning.

Last minute is valid all year round - we can agree on the conditions and price of the stay

Cancellation

The entire deposit is refundable upon cancellation 2 months before the start of the recreation

If canceled 1 month in advance, half of the deposit is refundable

If canceled less than 1 week in advance, the deposit is non-refundable

Upon arrival, we will ask you to pay the price of your stay and pay a deposit for any damages in the amount of CZK 3,000, which will be returned upon your departure

Pets: Pets can only be brought with you after prior agreement.
