Cottage Vítějeves

The newly renovated Chalupa Vítějeves is located in the village of Vítějeves, on the road between Brno and Svitavy, near the Svojanov Castle and the Letovice reservoir

The cottage offers two bathrooms with WC, 4 bedrooms (one of which is walk-through) and a large common room with a fully equipped kitchen

The house has a garden and a large barn for social use

Parking is possible in the barn, next to the house and in a nearby parking lot

There is also a wooden swimming barrel in the garden for refreshment in the summer and pleasant warming in colder weather

Please note that Vítějeves is a calm and quiet village, our cottage is not suitable for noisy celebrations and parties

It is necessary to observe the night silence and be considerate of the neighbors!

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has a main living room with a new and equipped kitchen, a Jotul stove, a large dining table for 8 people and a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for two people

We also have a total of 4 bedrooms for you, of which 1 is a walk-through

Transportation, parking: 1 parking space in the barn, 1 parking space in front of the barn, parking 100m from the house.

What is included in the price?

The entire cottage with garden and barn is available only for you

Bed linen, bath towels, towels

Toiletries and cleaning products

Electricity, water, gas, internet

Two baskets of wood

Coffee, tea and the usual small supplies from the kitchen

A refundable deposit of CZK 3,000 is required upon arrival.

Cleaning is not included in the price, we hand over the cottage cleaned and we would also like to take it back cleaned.

The fee for non-performed cleaning is CZK 1,000.

During the summer holidays (July, August) we prefer renting for a whole week, shorter stays are possible by arrangement.

The price for renting for 1 to 3 nights is 12,000 CZK, each additional night is 4,000 CZK.

(1 night 12000 CZK, 2 nights 12000 CZK, 3 nights 12000 CZK, 4 nights 16000 CZK, 5 nights 20000 CZK, 6 nights 24000 CZK, 7 nights 28000 CZK, etc.)

Reservation, payment and cancellation

To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% must be paid by bank transfer within 3 days of the reservation.

The remaining amount can be paid by bank transfer before arrival or on the spot on the day of arrival in cash

Payment is also possible in euros

Payment by card is not possible

It is possible to cancel the stay free of charge at least one month in advance

If the stay is canceled less than 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the entire amount.

On the day of arrival, the cottage is handed over no earlier than 3 p.m

hour, taking the cottage back on the day of departure no later than 10 a.m. (individual arrangement is possible, depends on occupancy).

We offer the possibility of renting the Lindr Pygmy 15K beer tap ("cubes") for a one-time price of CZK 500 for the entire duration of your stay.

If you are interested, we will also provide a barrel of beer from Pivovar Polička.

Both must be booked in advance.
