Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is a main living room with a large dining table connected with a fully equipped kitchen

At the end of the corridor on the first floor is the second bedroom with a huge bed of massive beams that has a capacity of four beds, mostly it is occupied by children who want to spend moments together.

Beside the pergola a beautiful grill where you prepare everything what you are used to from home

There is a wine cellar in the garden that completes the atmosphere of well -being and relaxation.

The landlord / hereinafter referred to as the owner / selects from the client on the day of the arrival of a refundable deposit of 6000,-

A contractual relationship arises on the basis of a compound payment or by handing over the keys from the object

The building is designed for accommodation according to the landlord's instructions

The number of beds is determined as the maximum number of persons, including children

A child under 3 years is free of charge for renting the whole building (Max

Price depends on the length of stay and deadline

The price includes: accommodation, bedding, cloths, toiletries, towels, bath towels, bathrobes, hotel slippers, fee to the village

For stays, the entrance to the building is determined from 2 pm, the termination of stay is at 10 am on the day of departure

By mutual agreement, arrival time and departure can be changed

There is a duty to move into the home shoes

Animal stay is only possible by prior agreement with the owner

Allowed dogs of small breeds in agreement with the owner 100,- /day

Cancellation

The cancellation of the client's stay must be made in writing to reserve@roubenkavir.cz.

Cancel fee: 30 and more days before joining 0, -CZK


7 - 30 days before the start of 50 % of the total price of stay.
Less than 7 days before the start of 100 % of the total price of stay

If the client's stay is interrupted, the price or any part of the client does not return

When canceled by the owner's stay, the building failure, the serious defect etc

, will be the client returned to the full amount of payment

If you cancel their stay from force majeure for shorter 9 days, it will be possible to select a substitute date.
