Cottage Kovárna

Large stylish cottage with above-ground pool and sand filtration, ideal for summer or winter holidays is located in the Giant Mountains on the outskirts of the quiet village Vidochov. Our cottage is also suitable for organizing various family celebrations, school reunions or corporate events.

There are two apartments with seven separate bedrooms and two separate rooms with a total capacity of 18 beds and one extra bed, as well as a kitchen and living room with tiled stove and another living room with sofa and cable TV and a children's corner on the second floor.

Among other things, the building has been declared a national cultural monument since 1997.

Due to its location, the cottage (former smithy) has a good starting position for trips not only to the Bohemian Paradise, but also to the nearby Giant Mountains.

We also offer:

Covered outdoor seating with garden grill.

Round above-ground pool with a diameter of 5 m with sand filtration.

The whole plot is fenced and in the garden there is an outdoor seating area, a children's sandpit and swings.

Possibility of free internet connection via wifi or data cable.

Parking is provided in the private parking lot next to the building.

Bedrooms and rooms: Ground floor: - fully equipped kitchen (average stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.)

1st floor: - apartment with 2 rooms (4 beds, 3 beds) and own bathroom. equipment (shower, toilet in the bathroom)

- 2 bed room with own bathroom. equipment (shower, toilet in the bathroom).

2nd floor: - apartment with 2 rooms (3 beds, 3 beds) and own bathroom. equipment (shower, separate toilet), - 3 bed room with own bathroom. equipment (shower, toilet in the bathroom), - living room with sofa and TV (can be used as a playroom for children).

Sanitary facilities: 4 bathrooms with shower. corner, 3x toilet in the bathroom, 1x separate toilet, 1x shared toilet on the ground floor.

Heating: Heating: electricity, tiled stove in the company. rooms on the ground floor (firewood FREE !!!).

Transportation, parking: Parking by the accommodation facility approx. 6 - 8 cars.

Dining

Cooking facilities - fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, microwave, oven, etc.), 100m from the restaurant.

Cottage furnishings

Technical equipment: dishwasher, 2x refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, stove and oven, kettle, 2x coffee machine, TV (local cable network)

Water: cold and hot water in the whole building, drinking water in the whole building.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The stated price includes all fees (energy, water, firewood, bed linen, recreational fee, etc.)

The cottage returns tidy, but it is possible to pay for the final cleaning. As the cottage is large, we charge CZK 1,500 for cleaning.

Prices are indicative only and therefore depend on the agreement with the owner. (length of stay, date and number of adults and children). If you are interested, write an e - mail or call and we will be happy to calculate the real price for you. For weekly stays, there is a change on Sunday.

In case of interest, there is 7 rooms without bathroom. equipment for an extra charge.

At the end of the stay, the guest is obliged to:

- hand over the object in order or pay for the final cleaning

-if no damage has occurred, the guest will receive back a full refundable deposit, which is 5000, -CZK.

The administrator of the building temporarily lives in a separate part, who will not interfere with your stay in any case.
