Our family cottage can be found in one of the most beautiful natural areas of rocks, deep forests and picturesque villages with folk architecture, in the Kokořínsko region
The cottage offers complete privacy, peace and amazing atmosphere
Inside is a very pleasant climate all year round, in the summer beneficial coolness thanks to the massive sandstone masonry, in winter the radiant heat of the fireplace stoves
Horní Vidim is a charming village on the hill, and it does not have its name, because there is a beautiful view of the wide area with a bonus of fresh air and complete peace
The dominant of the village is the newly repaired parish church of SV
Martina, a Vidim chateau surrounded by a beautiful park (currently acting as a home of seniors) or a historical water reservoir in the Neo -Renaissance style
The unique Vidim footbridges, which were built in the past as part of the castle park and rock dwellings that are typical of this area
There is a pub and a small grocery store in the village
For tourists and lost travelers, there is also a self -service kvelb u devil
In Dolni Vidim you can see a lot of beautiful original cottages and ubiquitous Kokořín rocks
For children and adults there is a municipal playground (connected directly to our garden) with children's game elements, football and multisport playground with artificial surface
Kokořínsko, is famous for romantic gorges and unique sandstone towers, gates, windows and other formations that do not occur in such a form and extent in any other area of the Czech Republic (lids, giant head, frog, rock gate, etc.

In the forests near Liběchov and Želíz you will also find famous rock sculptures by Václav Levý - Devil's head, cave with richly decorated portal Kláčelka or a little further towards Štětí eg eg

Vlhošť, Nedvězí, Small and Velká Beškovský vrch or Vrásenská hora, which stands one of the most beautiful lookout towers in Bohemia.

One is above a large bedroom with access with a nursery (2 beds), the other is above the nursery (4 beds) and the third is upstairs above the bathroom (4 beds).
Sanitary facilities: There are two spacious bathrooms with toilet and shower in the cottage, on the ground floor there is one separate toilet.
Heating: In the colder months, the cottage is heated centrally with an electric boiler with heat pump, or it is possible to flood in the stove in the living room.
Transportation, parking: Parking directly at the object 3 - 4 cars, if necessary at a walking distance at the pub (about 65m).

The building is in operation all year round, on request it is possible to rent a cot
The building has a total of 18 full beds and 4 smaller beds in the nursery (85x170cm).
We will usually confirm your accommodation within 48 hours, either by e-mail or by telephone, and at the same time we will tell you the amount of the deposit, which is due to a bank transfer within 3 days of confirmation of the reservation
The reservation becomes binding when you pay the deposit for the ordered accommodation.
Refundable deposit: 10.000 CZK/ stay or
30.000 CZK/New Year's stay
- Prices are listed at 12 persons, above this number is charged 200,-/person/night
- a week's stay is meant 6 nights
- pets - are not allowed (an object cannot be closed)
Cancel Conditions:
50% of the reservation deposit is refundable under the following conditions:
- cancellation of stay within 45 days before arrival without cancellation fees
- cancellation of stay 45–15 days before arrival cancellation fee of 30% of the price of stay
- 14-0 days before arrival cancellation fee of 50% of the price of stay
No later than on the day of commencement of stay it is necessary to pay the rest of the price of stay incl.
Refundable deposit, which will be returned within 7 days or by agreement after the inspection and receipt of the building.
Night calm 22h-7h in case of disturbing night rest of the contractual penalty 10 000,- CZK and termination of stay without compensation
