ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

1. Arrival of guests at the cottage is possible between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., handover of the cottage and departure by 10:00 a.m.

2. Guests are obliged to use the premises in the cottage properly and the accommodation may not make any changes in these premises without the consent of the user.

3. Inside the buildings, guests are not allowed to use tobacco products, including water pipes

Narcotic substances (except alcohol) are not allowed in the entire area of ​​the cottage.

4. Before departure, guests leave the cottage in a tidy and orderly condition.

5. Every time you leave the cottage, it is always necessary to close the windows, water taps, switch off electrical appliances and close and lock the door.

6. For safety reasons, it is not allowed to leave children under the age of ten in the accommodation provider's room and other premises without adult supervision.

7. Guests are responsible for all damages caused by the accommodation provider, and it is their duty to pay for these damages.

8. During the stay, the guests are obliged to maintain order and cleanliness in the cottage and the grounds of the complex, to maintain peace at night and to take care of good "neighborly relations".

9. A stay with a pet must always be approved in advance by the host.

10. It is not allowed to leave pets unattended in the cottage.

11. When guests are staying in the cottage, the lodger may not use the cottage himself

However, he can make sure that everything is in order and according to the rules, and check the number of accommodated persons.

12. The accommodation provider may terminate the guests' stay before the end of the agreed period, if the guests in the accommodation provider's facility, despite a warning, grossly violate good manners, nighttime peace or otherwise grossly violate the accommodation conditions.
