Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: We prefer to rent the entire cottage

If the capacity is not filled, it is possible to rent only Apartment A or B by agreement

A separate room can only be rented with one of the apartments, not separately (price information below)

Apartment A - kitchen with sitting area, room with 2 single beds, bunk bed and extended lower bed (5 places)

Apartment B - kitchen with sitting area, room with 2 single beds, 1 double bed, 1 folding bed (5 places)

Separate room - with a double bed (2 places)

In the kitchen of Apartment B, it is possible to unfold a sofa set for 2 people

It is possible to prepare a cot for children upon agreement.

Sanitary facilities: The cottage has two bathrooms equipped with showers and two toilets, one of which is separate

Toilet paper, soap, towels, and a hair dryer are available to guests

For children, a toilet seat, a potty, a step to the sink, a bathtub.

Heating: The kitchens have fireplaces with heat distribution to the rooms, there is also an electric radiator in each room

Guests can heat themselves in the stove, wood and briquettes are available free of charge.

Transportation, parking: Parking right next to the building - 3 spaces

The cottage has two fully equipped kitchens

A grocery store is 300m away

In the immediate vicinity you will find the Pod pralesem pub with its own kitchen and brewery

You can then taste the best of Wallachian gastronomy at the nearby Hotel Lanterna or Horal.

Cottage furnishings

The kitchens are equipped with refrigerators, induction hobs, electric ovens

Kitchen equipment also includes kettles, toaster, toaster, immersion blender, hand whisk and a sufficient amount of necessary crockery

In one of the kitchens there is a De`Longhi bean coffee machine, a dishwasher and a microwave oven

If necessary, it is possible to use an even larger refrigerator in the corridor

Towels and cleaning products, dishwasher tablets are available

Each kitchen is equipped with a television, a dining table and a seating area

Internet is a matter of course in both apartments

All rooms have plenty of storage space

Skis, bikes or other sports equipment can be stored in an outdoor lockable room

Smoking inside the cottage is prohibited

Pets are allowed only by agreement with the owner.

The cottage is open all year round

The price for a week's stay when renting the entire cottage is 27,000 CZK, Apartment A or B + separate room is 17,000 CZK, when renting only one apartment is 13,500 CZK.

In the case of renting for less than a week, the price of Apartment A/B is CZK 2,500 - 2,500 / apartment / night (max

For a binding reservation, we require a deposit, which will be communicated by the owner including the bill.

On the day of arrival, the remaining part of the price must be paid by bank transfer

A refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 is collected on the day of arrival due to possible damages

Before departure, a fee for electricity according to actual consumption of CZK 6/kWh is paid

The price already includes a fee to the village of CZK 35, water consumption and wood consumption for the stove.
