Sanitary facilities: There are 3 toilets in the building - each floor

1 separate toilet + sink in the basement

1 bathroom on the first floor (washbasin, toilet, shower, cabinet under the sink, hanger)

1 bathroom in the attic (washbasin, toilet, shower, cabinet under the sink, hanger).

Heating: A solid fuel stove is available in the basement with seating for 20 people

The rest of the building is heated by electric heating.

Transportation, parking: The driveway is paved and it is possible to park 2 cars directly in the fenced building

It is possible to park another car next to the fence.

The possibility of preparing breakfast, the possibility of preparing a banquet, the possibility of guided tasting.

We rent the property year-round, all fees are included in the price

The deposit is 1000 CZK, cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival

For the period of summer holidays - July, August, we only provide weekly stays.
