We offer a stay at a cottage where you will find peace and rest

Our cozy cottage is located in the village Velenice at the foot of the Lusatian Mountains

On the edge of a small, listed village, where there are 27 listed objects

Not far from the cottage, in the rocks, several well -known fairy tales were filmed

For example, devils are not pranks, the most beautiful puzzle, princess and scribe and more

In winter and with plenty of snow there are a lot of tracks for fans of running skiing

We offer year -round accommodation with a capacity of 14 people (possibly extra bed for 2 people) in seven separate rooms with private bathroom

Six bathrooms mean that you no longer have to stand in the morning :)

Bedrooms and rooms: 8 bedrooms + 6x bathroom and other rooms: basement - lounge, separate kitchen and wine cellar with seating area

Furthermore, the whole building is heated by an electric boiler.

Transportation, parking: You can get to the object on the access road

4 parking spaces on a fenced land, then you can park opposite the house near the mill.
