Welcome to the classic brick cottage from the last century
The cottage pod Milešovkou has an excellent location directly in the heart of the Czech Central Mountains, it is an ideal place for trips
In the summer months it is pleasantly cold and very cozy all year round
The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge with a freezer, a ceramic board and a microwave
In the summer months we recommend grilling outside

12 persons (price in the price list given for 10 persons, starting day is in the summer months of Sunday after 16h, termination of stay on Saturday after 10h - total 6 nights)

Newly built shared wellness complex with a heated pool (salt water and countercurrent), sauna and the possibility of using the whirlpool, all at an additional fee
During the whole stay, we as a family are present in the second separate house for any question or requirement for the operation of the cottage
The whole building is connected by a garden and used on a common fenced land
Pool and Wellness is also used by our family
There is one small room for the pool for 2 persons that I rent them independently or can be connected to the cottage
The starting Sunday hour in summer (July - August no - SO) is between 4pm - 6 pm to clean up the cottage from previous tours
(Car parking, the use of the refrigerator is possible before)
Termination of Saturday - according to agreement 10h.
Bedrooms and rooms: 1. Care on the ground floor on the right (30m²) common room with couch, romantic fireplace for wood
2nd room 1st floor on the right (25m²) 1x double bed, bunk - 3 beds, cot or travel cots for baby
3rd Acquire 1st floor left (16m²) two beds
4. Pare 2nd floor left (20m²) 1x double bed and two separate beds, cot or travel cots for baby
5. POPER 2nd floor (12m²) 1x bed, one separate bed and folding couch
The possibility of renting a separate room by the pool (2 beds), which is also offered as standard for other clients.
Sanitary facilities: 2x bathroom - bath and shower, 2 toilet
Heating: Oil radiators throughout the building, on the upper floor of a heaters, 1x fireplace for wood
Electricity and deduction status always on arrival and departure on the completed form

Transportation, parking: Custom parking free in front of the garden fence for 3 - 4 cars.
There is a shop in Milesov, and fast food at the pond
Another business 3 minutes by car is in Velestin
Very accessible and well equipped is Lidl and Penny Market in Lovosice, by car only 10 minutes
Litoměřice 15 minutes by car is a large shopping center and Albert
There is an excellent pastry shop and a lot of restaurants or fast food on the square in Lovosice.
Fully equipped kitchen, dishes, dishwasher, oven, ceramic board, kettle, washing machine in the area for an additional cost
Ping -pong table available with bats
At the Milešovský Castle, a playground and an artificial surface
A heated shared saltwater swimming pool is available from mid-June to the end of mid-September for a fee of 5.000,- / week (10 persons)

Sauna is in operation all year round
Price for 3h is 1.500, - capacity 4 - 6 persons
The outdoor whirlpool is provided on request a fee of 1,000,- day
Possibility to rent free outdoor grill for coal.

The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.
Cancellation conditions 1 month before accommodation 50% after that the whole amount is forfeited (in the summer months 2 months).
In the Covidal situation, the whole object is just for you, no other person is admitted to the cottage space.
The price for accommodation is paid entirely to the account with the possibility of budgeting for persons and even the possibility of more documents
Refundable deposit 10.000,- on the day of start in cash or 2 days in advance to account
The deposit will be returned 2 days after departure in cash or to account
The receipt is a matter of course
By paying advance and residence you agree to the terms and conditions.
We recommend personal insurance for harm if damage or insured event becomes
